It includes 3 bedrooms of which 2 rooms have a dedicated king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed that can convert to a king on the bottom bunk. Ideal for up to 6-7 guests.Our unit is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. We have a storage locker in the garage for guest to utilize so you don't have to store your beach items in your car.
