There is also a queen-sized pull-out sofa. The unit is oceanside, so no need to cross any streets to reach the beach. You are literally 50 feet from the sand. The entire unit flooring consists of hardwood, tile, or marble. The kitchen was completely remodeled including new oak cabinets and tile countertops with all necessary appliances (some appliances were not updated but were still modern). There is a brand-new washer and dryer within the unit. You will see the view from the private front balcony as well as the living room is truly breathtaking regardless of the time of day. There is one guaranteed parking spot with the unit along with free street parking right in front of the unit. Linens, towels, personal pillows, and all paper products must be provided by the renter.
