Located in Lancaster, Washington, United States. Tipsy Mermaid “Rivah House” Kayak/Paddlebaord/Crabbing/Fishing We want to share our little slice of heaven with you on the Northern Neck. The house sits on almost 4 acres on an inlet just off the Corrotoman and Rappahanock Rivers. Bring your boat and dock it at our deep water dock. You can also rent a boat just around the corner at Yankee Point Marina. This peaceful house is perfect for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, swimming, or just taking a break from city life. We have lots of toys for you to enjoy with the house. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Three of the bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs and the additional bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement. There is also a 2 car garage where we store the toys. We have 1 paddleboard, 2 children's kayak, 1 adult kayak, and a water mat that can be used with the rental of the house. Most of the rooms have multiple beds that make it convenient for families with kids.
