A separate sunroom, full of games and activities, sits adjacent to the dock and provides views of beautiful protected state land and the length of Trout Lake. Find yourself on the dock for outdoor dining, to lounge in comfortable chairs with a view, or to take off in the provided pontoon boat with 20 hp motor. The shoreline supplies a sandy, gradual decline into the water, two kayaks and a canoe, and ample space to take it all in with a fire pit and surrounding Adirondack chairs.
