We are a 7 minute walk to a transit (BART) station that takes you to and from the airport, directly into San Francisco--or to downtown Oakland or Berkeley. UC Berkeley is easily accessible by bus. Very close to freeway access.We're a one block walk to College Avenue with restaurants, cute shops and gourmet foods. The neighborhood is quiet and residential.Our house is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).The space: Our craftsman style house was built in 1912 and has all the original fixtures and details, with coved ceilings, moldings, hardwood floors and plaster walls. The large windows and 3 skylights make it light and airy. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated to provide comfort and convenience.
