We are a 3-minute drive to downtown San Rafael, 30 minutes to San Francisco, and less than 45 minutes to Napa and Sonoma. We look forward to meeting you!This cozy studio is about 420 square feet and adjoins the house but has its own entrance. We live in a quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of trees and walking trails nearby. The road to our house is narrow and winds around a bit, but it's only 1/3 of a mile from Lincoln Avenue, one of the main streets running through San Rafael. Downtown San Rafael is about a 15-minute walk (downhill going there, uphill coming back).
