This fun and quiet guest house is our detached garage space transformed into a man cave 2 level guest house. All rented space included in Downstairs is kitchen, den and a bathroom. Up the steps is the sleeping quarters which is very cozy and quiet along with another bathroom. The sleeping area is complete with blackout curtains and a coffee bar. The bedroom resembles a long cabin room with sleeping space for up to 7 people. Includes 1 queen, 1 full, extremely comfortable pillow top mattress beds, 2 built-in-the walls regular size twin beds and a sofa for that side sleeper that might be joining in on the fun. It’s like having a sleepover in the attic to tell fun stories, play a game I-spy as you settle down, read a good book, laugh with the guys, or just bring the kiddos for a fun sleepover in a fun cabin style, bla
