Marshallberg is one of the 13 communities of Down East on North Carolina's Crystal Coast. Marshallberg is close to the Cape Lookout National Seashore and is part of the North Carolina Outer Banks Scenic Byway. The Way House was thoroughly remodeled and modernized in 2012.The kitchen is well equipped by the owner who loves to cook. It has a gas stove and dishwasher, an island counter with stools and a custom-built wooden table that seats 10 (and is great for working on jigsaw puzzles). The master bedroom has a queen bed and private door into the bathroom.The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed.The library has a new Ikea couch that folds out into a single bed.
