Our home is approximately three miles from Dale Hollow Lake, with four marinas within 10 miles (Hendricks Creek, Sulphur Creek, Safe Harbor Holly Creek, and Dale Hollow State Park). We have plenty of parking space for you to bring your boat and jet skis, or you can rent them at one of the nearby marinas. The house sits on 15 acres down a dead end road, and we have a small pond out back. If you like to hike, there are several wooded acres beyond the pond for you to explore. We purchased the house in August 2019, and we spent months working on upgrades. The house has new appliances, beds, paint, and new flooring throughout. The 2020 season got off to a rough start with covid, but still amazingly exceeded our expectations.The house's living spaces are divided by a two car garage.
