The beach opening is six houses/300 feet from the house at the top of the street. Within close proximity to the non-commercial Hampton Beach side (of Seabrook Beach), it is a 5 minute beach walk to explore tidal pools, a sea wall, rocks and the calmer water of the bayside. This home was previously owner occupied for generations. It is cle
