We are located 15miles from College Station and Texas A&M University. If you are looking to explore the area check out Downtown Caldwell, Brenham, Chappell Hill for shopping, antiques, and great restaurants all within a 30 min drive. The house sits on 200 acres with ponds to fish (catch and release) and plenty of room to roam. It is a working ranch with cattle and donkeys that love company. Enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the back porch kick back and relax.The kitchen is fully stocked with a regular coffee maker and a keurig. There are 4 bedrooms: Master (1 King) with an on suit, Bedroom 2 has (1 Queen); Bedroom 3 has (1 Queen); Bedroom 4 (2 Queens).
