Located in Medford, New York, United States. Extended stay private furnished and all inclusive apartment Extended stay ( 2 weeks or more) furnished 1 bedroom apartment above my shop adjacent to my house. Secure with locked gate and enclosed area below for dogs or play, very private and we probably won’t even meet each other unless a problem. I provide all utilities/amenities including WiFi and Spectrum cable/Roku pay-for-view. Somewhat in the rural area of Medford, 15 min. to airport and downtown, 10 min.to Jacksonville, 25 min. to Ashland, bus stop 1 mile. Store, gas, deli, ATM across the street.The spaceSteet in front of unit can be somewhat noisy during the day but we’ll insulated and still quiet. I work in the shopbelow for a few hours in the mornings on most day on my cars. Probably not right for a day sleeper.Guest accessThe entire apartment/parking area/picnic table.Other things to noteThe ceilings above appliances and side of bed are gabled to 4 feet on 2 walls- see pictures, may have to watch your head.
