The Space: When I’m not renting out the loft, it’s my home, which means you aren’t staying in a staged space. It is filled with every necessity you’ll need and a genuine personal touch. Located inside an old factory building in the heart of Bushwick/East Williamsburg, the space is 850 square ft. and located on the first-floor, making it a cinch to move in and out of. The space shares only one wall with a neighbor and has 20-foot ceilings which keeps things pretty quiet. Hardwood floors, a separate office space upstairs, giant windows, a bookcase packed with books, an electric guitar and amp create a playable/workable/comfortable place to call home.
