You can also see many deer, beavers, and other animals from the deck. This property is river view only. There is no safe access to the river. There are many great spots to access the river up and down Washougal river rd. Great places to swim and hike are just up the road across from the fish hatchery or Dougan falls.The spaceThe downstairs has 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom. He living room has a sleeper sofa. The two other bedrooms are upstairs which is accessed by more of a ladder than a staircase making the upstairs not a good option for elderly or people who don’t climb ladders.
