Easy boating access to Sebago Lake, Songo River, Brandy Pond, Naples Causeway and Long Lake. It is an easy paddle to the Sandbar. There is also a large yard with a fire pit. 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with a Queen Bed. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double and a twin over and double, the other has a twin. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room. A pack and play is also available. Both full baths are on the 1st floor. Washer and dryer on the 1st floor.
