Our 3,500 square foot home sits on an acre and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located less then 2 miles from Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) and 24 miles (less then 30 minutes) from downtown Durango.There are 2 livings spaces which make the home perfect for multiple families and is fully furnished and stocked with linens, towels, cookware and kitchen utensils.
