There is central air conditioning and a great deck.The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need..blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. My goal is for you to bring your clothes, your bathing suit, and your beach chairs, nothing else. The home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. We have a XBOX 360 with games, board games, etc..just in case you want a break from the beach.
