This property has undergone a major refurbishment in the recent past and this year I replaced the sofa, loveseat, and living area chairs. I also replaced the last remnants of carpeting in the master and 2nd bedroom with wood laminate. Previously carpeting in the loft and main mid floor was replaced with hardwood flooring. Tile replaced the carpet in the back bedroom that leads to the back porch. Four new twin beds have been placed in the loft and small back bedroom. A queen bed was removed from the master bedroom and two new full beds were placed in the master bedroom. New lighting has been added to each downstairs bedroom. The unit now accomodates 10 people in beds. The kitchen was refurbished with new wood cabinet doors, a new granite countertop, new sink and faucet. A soap dispenser and water filter were added to the sink. The appliances have been upgraded with a range/oven, Dishwasher, and new refrigerator this year (
