Separate parking for boat trailer on the property. Come and enjoy Fairhaven at its finest. The cottage has 1 queen bed and a fold out futon that can sleep 2, a new flat screen tv, washer/dryer, towels, and a fun outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating. There is also a fully applianced kitchen complete with cookware, silverware and utensils. We also have a wonderful sunroom with flat screen tv and put out couch for your enjoyment as well as a outdoor shower!!
