The white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are within a mere few steps from our walk out ground floor ocean front condo. This area of the pan-handle has been rated by Costal Living Magazine as one of the best beach towns in America and two of their Dream Houses has been built within four miles of our condo. Obviously, if you are visiting 30A you are probably wanting to spend some time outside. Our corner unit has a large beautiful ocean front yard where you can relax or play with the kids.
