Despite the quiet location, the popular shops in this part of Cape Coral, the proximity to doctors and Fort Myers (only about 5 minutes by car) are extremely friendly. This is exactly what characterizes the southeast of Cape Coral and prompted us to settle here. You can get to the Caloosahatchee River in about 20 minutes without having to go through a lock, which leads to the open sea. The floor area of our Villa Alani is approx. 265m² without the outside terrace and the pool area. The extra large pool deck with an additional approx. 160m² offers enough space for our beautiful pool with overflow and whirlpool.
