We're about a 7-minute ride to Fenwick Island beaches but within a short paddle of Little Assawoman Bay. You can see the kayak/boat launch from our home. The area is teeming with wildlife and is very quiet and peaceful. Plus, all the resort amenities are FREE! We rent to family groups and friends of families only. We do not rent to groups of people that are not related or who intend to use our home for excessive partying. We have set up our home to sleep 15. We have 4 bedrooms and a den with a queen sofa bed (and it's comfortable!) and 3 1/2 baths.
