The 1/2/3/4/5/R/W/E/J/Z subway lines, buses, and a free shuttle are all also within easy walking distance.We rent this apartment legally with full approval of our building. Because of this, the rental requires approval by our building,which requires paperwork to be filed with the building management office, and an application and credit check fees that go directly to the building management.
