The front of the house faces the ocean with fenced in yard in rear. All rooms have a view of the water. The living room has a large picture window facing the water and a wood burning fireplace. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and also has a big picture window facing the water. The grass patio is enclosed by a stone wall and provides a beautiful view of the water as well as cool summer breezes and is an excellent place for evening drinks. A master bedroom with private bath is on the first floor with another large bedroom and two smaller ones located upstairs.
