It has one gas fire place in the living room, 3 Smart T.V.'s, Sub Zero glass front refrigerator, Wolf Gas Range & Oven, Sub Zero microwave drawer, dishwasher in the Kitchen with granite counter tops and is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The condo comes with a long list of amenities and personal touches. Guests will also receive discounts at Foster Medical and Foster Aesthetics Clinic when staying at condo. Pets are allowed up to 80 pounds. Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required Owner asks for guest to send Copy of AKC Registration or Certificate/Letter from Vet to verify breed. Late check out fees:No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon. $50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pmHalf Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pmAny time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay.
