It’s perfect for two small families, one larger family or three couples due to the sleeping configuration. Built in the 1890s, on the side of a dune, the house is vertical with four levels. The lowest level, reached up a few stairs from the street is an exterior cellar where beach gear is stored. Up from there is the side entry door to the first/lower level.
