Guest House in the Heart of the Alphabet District- Monthly rental only Quiet 2 story guest house is just steps away from NW 21st, great restaurants, shopping, public transit and Good Samaritan Hospital. Can walk to Forest Park, Chinese Garden, Japanese Garden, Rose Garden, Washington Park and the Pearl District. The main floor has a living room with a TV and work/dining table. Sunny upper level has a full kitchen, bath and sleeping area. The guesthouse is secured behind a locked gate. The street is generally pretty quiet. We unfortunately do not have guest parking, but there is plenty of on-street parking. On-street parking fees exist Monday-Saturday, 9am-7pm. No fees on Sundays or between 7pm-9am.
