Parking is 1st come 1st served. We can not guarantee a parking spot during special events.• Beach access from the north access road.Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center Sunny 5th floor location is an Oceanfront Studio sleeps 2 This condo has wonderful oceanfront views, king bed, love seat. The room is an Oceanfront 5th floor studio. Equipped with a King bed and just steps off the elevator. There is a love seat which is a recliner and we have a 37'in flatscreen TV with Cable, table with 2 chairs. We have everything here
