The home is located at the top of a well-maintained street in the gold mountain town of Lead, SD. It is close to the Sanford Underground Research Facility, formally the Homestake Gold Mine. It is a cute three Bedroom, one bathroom home. The front bedroom has a queen bed, middle bedroom has a full bed, and the back bedroom has a bunk bed with twin mattresses. The home has easy access from the highway. Guests have access to 1/2 of the garage. For size reference, we have a Subaru Tribeca that fits fine, but our Jeep Grand Cherokee is too tall.Perfect place to come back to after exploring the Black Hills. Only 3 miles to Deadwood and 4 miles to Terry Peak Ski Area. Spearfish and Sturgis are both less than 20 miles away.
