The Resort is beautifully landscaped with rolling lawns, Koi ponds, the famous Moir Gardens, and has its very own world class sandy beach. We are a short walk from the beach, Poipu Beach Athletic Club (access included) and Poipu Shopping Village for various activities and supplies.Brand new 2 ton mini-split HVAC unit has been installed.The spaceOur 1-bedroom(king), 1-bathroom condo with a queen sofa bed is located on the first floor (no stairs) and has a private lanai surrounded by Kaua’i native tropical vegetation. Full kitchen and nearby outdoor BBQ are available for cooking meals. Not that you will spend much time inside watching TV but we have a brand new 65" 4k TV in the living room and another TV in the bedroom. Our condo has Spectrum Cable TV and High Speed Wifi. The bedroom features a king bed and 42" 4k TV. I
