No waiting in the car for a public parking spot to open or having to go to the beach at 8 AM to get parking. Walk home for lunch or a snack and go back at your leisure. Additionally, the famous Beachcomber is about a mile down Ocean View Drive (walkable, drive, bike or take the free shuttle).
