Relax in this 1,600 square foot cape that features an open concept great room with pine vaulted ceiling, skylights, and windows that bring lakeside living to the indoors. Choose to kick-back and enjoy the sunset from the 30-foot deck that runs the expanse of the house, or the deck along the shoreline. In the summer season, nothing beats soaking up the sun from the end of our dock or being able to cast off your boat from here to explore Perkins Pond. There are 3 kayaks, a canoe, a row boat, and lifejackets available for our guests. Our fire pit is the perfect environment to wind down from the days activities and roast marshmallows while bonding with family and friends. Enjoy beautiful foliage in the fall season, and in winter, you can ski, skate, or snowmobile.
