You will be welcomed to this very clean and cozy, fully stocked and full of character cottage with a beautiful WATER VIEW OF THE KITTY HAWK BAY. The cottage is directly across the street from the sound and has a great view of the water. The cottage is single level with only 3 steps to entry. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, both with brand new 2023 Zinus 14 hybrid mattresses with medium firmness, each bed has a 2 inch memory foam topper as well.There is a queen size futon in the den and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.Linens and bath towels/wash cloths are provided for your stay.
