Located in Nags Head, North Carolina, United States. Ocean side property with a guest friendly attitude and large inviting yard. We purchased Lind Sue in April of 2016. We updated and refreshed the house and created a back yard outdoor space that would provide an area where families could gather and enjoy each other's company. With 5 children and 9 (soon to be 10) grandchildren it was important to us. We continue to add and update as the years roll by. Little things that may go unnoticed but make a difference. In 2019 we added 2 double hammock swings in the shade of the live oaks just behind the fire pit. In 2020 we added 10 Polly Resin rockers to replace the wood ones which never seem to last in the environment. In 2021 we are looking to add a hammock to the rear yard and continue to invest in the lawn and pool furniture. Homes with outdoor space like this are rare in the OBX.
