Located in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, United States. 2 bedroom condo 2 blocks to the beach! Are you looking for a bright and cozy retreat by the ocean? This condo is less than a 5 minute walk to Clark Street Beach Access. In 2021 the condo had major renovations and included all brand new furnishings, fixtures, mattresses, pillows, etc. The master suite has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The open concept living area has a queen-sized pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.Please bring your own beach towels and kitchen towels (if you use them).Please note there is a burger bar on the other side of the condo complex that has live music on some evenings until 10pm (dates depend on their band schedule). Some guests have mentioned the music can be heard inside our unit but most guests haven't noticed it. Please prepare accordingly if you have any light sleepers or early sleepers.
