A 6 bedroom, 3 bath farm house from 1847 two wood burning fireplaces + 1 wood burning pot belly stove on 16 acres with a small pond and stream that over looks a peaceful field and marsh with west facing sunsets. The house itself is a mix of old and new, we recently finished renovating a good portion of the house, a design / eclectic mix that we refer to as "rustic glam" as an inside family joke. Downstairs there is a large living room, a dining room that seats 12, a large open kitchen, the "sun room" which is where we take our morning coffee and tea by the pot belly stove with ample seating, 2 bedrooms (1 queen sized bedroom and 1 bedroom set up with 2 twin beds that are pushed together as a king for either use) and 2 full bathrooms.
