We made sure that our condo has everything you need to have a comfortable stay - just like at home. Good quality sheets, very comfortable brand new mattresses, extra pillows, rain shower heads, spices and essentials in the kitchen, plenty of cookware and kitchen tools. It is available for short term rental: 2 days to 12 months (Minimum 2 night stay). The internet speed is great. The thermostat is locked but you can adjust it in a reasonable range for your convenience. In the summer the lowest temp is 72F to make sure the AC motor doesn’t ice up - but the 72F feels very cool and comfortable because of the good insulation and how shaded the building is. Our small community is surrounded with a lot of trees and greenery and the people who live there are very nice and friendly. It’s a very safe neighborhood. The rooms are very decent in size.
