It sits on top of a downward sloping lot which provides a stunning view of Kachemak Bay and Cook Inlet. Additionally, beyond these bodies of water you can view mountain ranges including four volcanoes: Mt. Douglas, Mt. Saint Augustine, Mt. Iliamna, and Mt. Redoubt. The views from this property are simply amazing and beyond words. The wildlife is also exceptional with moose and Sandhill Cranes visiting the yard while eagles fly by or sit in the trees. Inside the cabin the living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, corner bench style dining table, a couch, and three comfortable chairs. Further, there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an apartment size washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunkbed.
