The cabin overlooks peaceul Sandy Pond, inhabited by bald eagles, loons, and herons. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and swim, fish and kayak from our dock. We're close to coastal Belfast, Unity, MOFGA (annual Common Ground Fair), Waterville, Acadia and Camden. Eat at Erin French's The Lost Kitchen farm-to-table restaurant, visit the Amish, hike the Hills to Sea Trail.Our cabin sits on a small peninsula jutting out into Sandy pond. We are conveniently located between Waterville in Central Maine and Belfast on the coast, each a short half hour away. We are on the same pond as Freedom's gourmet restaurant, "The Lost Kitchen," located in the restored Freedom Mill.
