We even have "surprisingly good" WiFi throughout the home!For Earthship aficionados, our home is a "global model", the pinnacle of sustainable design and architectural beauty without sacrificing comfort.Our Earthship, built in 2013, is off-the-grid, meaning all electricity and heating/cooling are solar powered. Water is harvested from rainfall, and used multiple times after domestic use including watering plants in the beautiful integrated greenhouse. The ample New Mexico sun even creates the heat for hot water. The house was constructed with mostly recycled and natural materials, including tires and recycled glass.
