Its also close to major highways. Downtown Sacramento is a 10 minutes away. There’s also great hiking just a few minutes down the road at River Bend Park.The Space:The entire 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow is available for guest access. This includes the very open and grassy backyard. The backyard area is also equipped with a covered patio as well as lighting for the evenings. There is a separate, private unit in the backyard that is rented by another guest. The detached shed is a closed space that is kept locked.
