Many outside activities from fishing, crabbing, swimming, floating, boating (4 kayaks, 4 person paddleboat, paddleboard), fishing poles, crabpots, badmitten, croquet, bochi ball (all provided) that can be played on over 2 acres of flat lawn area. Pier/beach chairs and umbrellas are supplied. There is plenty of seating on the large 2nd story deck and ground level screened porch, overlooking the lawn and river, to watch the outside activities. After the sun goes down there is cable, high speed cable internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Xbox.
