Expansive deck includes a BBQ and propane fire table. The deck opens up to a stamped concrete path that leads to the dock and a concrete firepit perfect for s'mores! As fun as it is in summer, it is also serene and cozy in winter. Enjoy this piece of heaven, but be aware that there are absolutely no parties or animals allowed.
