Great front porch that is shaded by huge old oak tree in front yard. Cottage has Wi-fi, washer & dryer, cable tv. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, master has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has full size bed and living area has a sofa that can let out. Sofa does let out, but please remember it does not sleep like a bed 08-21-24. 08-20-2020 please know that this is a duplex. There is a washer and dryer that is shared. The washer and dryer are on the porch between the 2 units. This is an old cottage. 10-12-2023. Please understand that it is not a condominium.
