Comfortably sleeps 8. 3 KING beds, one in each bedroom, while kids/friends may enjoy the 2 futon sleepers & additional fold out twin in the ottoman in the sunroom/funroom! Sunroom can sleep 3-4 people! Firepit, Pacman Arcade & board games! Fun! We have two separate living areas so everyone has room to spread out in our designer mid century modern (mcm) vibe home. You won't find a more convenient location in the area. We're less than 2 miles from I-70 and only 3 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming! Starbucks, Walmart, Kroger and lots and lots of shops and restaurants are all within 5 minutes of the house. Have a boat? You can can launch it just around the corner at Hot Springs Marina - only 1/2 mile away! Dock tie-up in season: March - October. Plenty of parking for a trailer in our circle driveway. Don't have a boat? Pontoon rentals are also available at the marina. Or
