The house is on a large lot (1.5 acres) with lots of lawn for you to stretch out. It includes full kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. Relax in the country and watch the fireflies light up at night from the back deck. Less than 1 hour to Atlanta, Pine Mountain, FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, Warm Springs. 10 minutes to Chattahoochee Bend State park, downtown Newnan, restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes to historic Banning Mills, home of the world record longest zip line park. We have added a brand new deck out the back door with table and chairs. It's a perfect place to relax and is very private. We will consider well behaved dogs upon request, for a $75 (non-refundable) per dog fee. Please message us with dog details.
