The Alpine Ski Retreat is a beautiful, new home offering a spacious interior and unique amenities. This rental is for the ground floor portion of the home (stairs down to it) and has a spectacular patio right on Vasquez Creek with a brand new, 5 person hot tub. The guest portion of the home is completely separate from the rest of the home, and there are no shared amenities. Everything shown in the pictures is part of the rental. We rent out our ground floor when we are not using the home.The Alpine Ski Retreat is located just above downtown Winter Park. There is a shuttle stop two houses away which will provide a bus access to Winter Park Ski Resort for skiing or summertime activities. Many activities are immediately outside our front door.
