Located in Clemson, South Carolina, United States. Walk to Campus! Ideal location! It's a10-minute walk to downtown Clemson, about the same to Death Valley, and just a few minutes further to core campus! The walk to all destinations is through a beautiful, wooded neighborhood. The main floor of our house has an open-plan kitchen / family room, two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a large covered porch and uncovered deck. The upper floor has two more bedrooms that share a common bathroom.Note 1: because of Clemson city ordinance, no more than two families can rent at one time with a maximum of 10 people total. Note 2: while the property is very close to the lake, we are not lakefront and do not have a dock. Note 3: there is a separate garage apartment with a separate entrance that is rented by a graduate student. There are no shared spaces other than the driveway.
