Located in Fair Play, California, United States. Our Happy Place! Amazing Vacation Home on Lake Hartwell Our beautiful lakefront home is perfect for a large family or multi-family vacation. The living space is spread over three levels and includes a large deck. The main level includes one bedroom (king sized bed), one bathroom, the main living room area overlooking the lake, the kitchen, dining area, fire place and big screen TV. The first floor (basement) has two bedrooms (1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed both have an adjoining bathroom), a living area with a fireplace, pool table, big screen TV, bar/kitchenette area and lake front walk out. The third floor includes two bedrooms (2 queen sized beds in one and one queen sized bed in the other) and one bathroom. We have a large gently slopping yard leading to a large covered dock with one boat slip and dual jets ski lifts.
