Located in Cape May, New Jersey, United States. One of a Kind - One Block from the Beach One of a Kind, very special upside down house just a block from the beach. When first arriving, you will find a wonderful outdoor recreation room underneath the house before you even enter the front door. This space has a seating and eating area, ping pong table, a small screened in area with a TV and outside in the back yard - shuffleboard. Going up to the first level, you will find a seating area, with a flat screen TV, queen futon, sofa and chairs. Also on that same level are three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has a king bed (two twins together) and two other bedrooms with two twins which can always be put together to make a king. Now on to the top level, you will find a very spacious great room with a very complete kitchen with a large island, dining table, flat screen TV, computer nook with wi-fi, and living space.
